Finding my tickets

Your tickets live under My tickets. Each ticket shows a QR code you present at the door — no printout needed. You can also add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Transfers and resale

Sold tickets can be transferred to another person, or listed for resale within the price range the organizer allows. Open the ticket from My tickets and choose Transfer or List for resale.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the event and organizer. See our refund policy for details, or look up your order under Orders.
